Lori Coruccini
Strategic Alliance Officer/CEO/Founder
Lori is a sales and business strategist. With over 25 years experience as a staffing industry executive, combined with her role as a leadership and management consultant, Lori's responsibility is to drive the strategic growth of the enterprise. Lori specializes in linking client strategic initiatives with their workforce development needs. She works within senior executive, management, sales and project teams throughout service and manufacturing organizations. She is responsible for marketing, sales, contracting strategic alliances and the deployment of business strategies focused on growth and profitability. As a staffing executive Lori drove annual revenue goals in excess of $50 million. Lori holds several board positions in Entrepreneurial Board of America, Progressive Network, Arizona Business and Professional Women, and Arizona SalesPros. For 24 years she has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Lori has a BSBA in Marketing/Management from Northern Arizona University.
Sarah Blik

Sarah is a results-oriented, accomplished sales and business development executive with 20+ years of customer service, sales, and leadership experience delivering positive results within the telecommunications industry. Sarah has been successful in building and managing multiple top-performing sales teams at various levels. She has a passion for assisting others in “being the best that they can be.” As a manager, she trained and mentored her team to ensure they would out-perform at all levels, personally taking interest in them to ensure their success. Her expertise comes from spending 15 years at WorldCom/MCI-Verizon. Sarah was responsible as a liaison between corporate and the field, strategizing with local sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. After WorldCom, she worked as an independent business development manager for a technical outsource company furthering her customer development experience. Sarah has been engaged with Predix since 2005 and now uses her natural human interest skills to help others unleash their potential.
Kim Gillcoat
Client Services Champion
Kim is focused on providing clients with top-notch support to aide in growth and development of their business. Kim’s experience includes working as a recruiter, focused within the Restoration Industry. She gained a broad understanding of the entire recruitment process, with focus on the specific and unique needs within the Restoration Industry. Kim worked to source and qualify candidates, conduct detailed screenings, coordinated interviews, performed reference checks, and assisted employers in the hiring process. Kim became Predix PDP Certified in 2007, continuing to integrate PDP within the recruitment process. Since 2009, Kim has been engaged with Predix, helping owners qualify and screen candidates, support clients, and provide customer service. Her knowledge of recruiting coupled with her understanding of the importance of behavior aide her in supporting clients in finding stellar applicants for key positions. Kim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Benedictine College.
Kelly Hansen
Predix Performance Coach
Kelly is an accomplished performance coach and talent development professional. During her 22 years of working for global, national, and local organizations she has accumulated over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, and client services; 10 years in management and talent development; and 3 years of formal coaching with high performing individuals and teams. She works with clients to honor and celebrate successes, identify current challenges, envision future desires and goals, and craft attainable action plans for transformation. Kelly has worked as a National Accounts Manager, and then Regional Sales Manager for a global software company providing solutions to the public accounting industry. She excelled at working with her direct reports as well as other professionals throughout the organization to discover and leverage their talents for optimum performance. Kelly acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from California State University Chico, and a Master’s Degree in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University. She is a Certified Coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, a Certified PDP Administrator and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Jaye Andres

Jaye is a coach, trainer, and workshop leader specializing in personality dynamics. After 7 years in Africa working for the U.S. Agency for International Development, Jaye settled in Arizona where she has been a business owner and life coach for the past 20 years. She has experience in project management, is a certified PDP Administrator, Enneagram of Personality Type Professional, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She facilitates workshops on team building, conflict resolution, and leadership development. As a life-long student of human personality and behavior, Jaye has a passion for bringing an understanding of this transformative work to organizations in both the private and public sectors. She has co-developed materials and presented workshops on the winning mind set and positive life strategies with personal development author, Dr. Robert Anthony. Jaye has a BS in Psychology and an MBA.
Linda Sweeney
Predix Performance Coach
Linda has a diverse background in small business consulting, including product development, implementation, recruiting, training, and sales. She started her professional career in the telecommunications industry working for MCI, and then for XO Communications. Linda worked with executives and engineers for Fortune 500 corporations to help optimize their networks. She also helped to create new products, bring them to market, sell them, and train the sales force. Linda has a BS in Communication from Arizona State University.
Tami Trout

An established authority on talent hiring, training, and management, Tami has more than 20 years of experience managing people and projects, developing and facilitating training programs, optimizing business processes and operations, and extensive experience in employee communications. Tami founded and managed Designed Success, a Boise-based human resources consulting firm that specialized in hiring and retaining the right talent for clients. Tami spent 16 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) where she served as a Learning Consultant within the HR function, providing HR managers with the knowledge, tools, and processes they needed to enable effective and consistent HR management. She also held various training and staffing roles, in addition to diversity recruiting at national conferences and managing HP IPG’s college internship program. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, and Health Information Technology from Boise State University. Additionally, she is also a Certified Client Administrator for the Professional DynaMetrics Programs® assessment system (PDPWorks), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
Lisa Stefan

Lisa is an accomplished coach and trainer that champions people to discover and leverage their full potential. She has over 15 years of experience working in the government, insurance, and pharmaceutical sectors. Lisa excels at working with high performers that manage multiple demands – people that have to manage up, manage down, manage themselves and their careers, and manage the day-to-day business. Lisa worked as a senior director with Sepracor, Inc., creating development programs and was responsible for growth of a multi-million dollar sales region that spanned Alaska to Arizona. Lisa managed large-scale hiring events as the company grew from 150 to nearly 2,000 sales representatives. She coaches and trains clients across multiple industries and specializes in management, leadership, and communication skills. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of New Mexico, with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking. She is certified in PDP and delivers numerous management and leadership programs such as The Ken Blanchard Companies, Wilson Learning, and Achieve Global. Lisa completed extensive training at The Coaches Training Institute and has received advanced training from the Center for Right Relationship – the thought leaders and innovators in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is committed to upholding the ethical standards of this organization.
