Behavioral Assessments
Leverging behavior to outperform is something we take very seriously. We have spent almost half a lifetime researching and analyzing dozens of behavioral assessment systems. Myers Briggs, DISC, Caliper, PreVisor and many more. They all have unique strengths and are good tools, however, we focus more on mindset and behavior. There are five things that we require in order to be a prefereed behavioral assessment tool:
- Easy to Administor: Web based surveys, immediate analysis
- Accuracy: Must be believable and validating
- Credentials: Must have a successful track record, field study validation and scientifically proven
- Easy to understand: Reporting allows for management/individuals to deliver information to employees
- Return on Investment: Companies and Individuals must be able to feel the results
