Know Your Talents is hiring a Client Success Project Manager to own strategic client relationships and deliver measurable people-strategy outcomes. You will onboard and mentor new clients on our behavioral platform, facilitate live and virtual workshops (behavioral insights, leadership development, behavioral certifications, and sales processes), and translate executive priorities into KPI-driven plans that are tied to ROI. You will analyze data to make clear recommendations, uncover expansion opportunities within accounts, and coordinate cross-functional work that improves communication, retention, and role alignment.
