Health.
Safety.
Compassion.

To Our Clients, Friends, and Family,

At Know Your Talents, the safety and well-being of our employees and our clients is always our top priority. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. We are all family here at KYT and want to provide the safest measures across the board.

All of our employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home. This shift has been very smooth and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and communication. We’re also asking our team to work with clients virtually as much as possible. We have put restrictions on travel, limited the size of meetings, provided remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment.

To anyone who has been impacted by the virus either directly or indirectly our hearts go out to you. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our deepest compassion and prayers for a full recovery.

We have an amazing team here at KYT that want to help support you in any way possible. As we go forward, we’ll be sure to keep you updated, and know that we always value your questions, ideas and feedback.

Sincerely,
Lori Coruccini, CEO/Founder
