Responsibilities will include client account management and providing excellent customer service by responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner, proposal design, various administrative tasks, coordinating and managing multiple schedules, sales support, marketing upcoming events and services, data entry, strong organizational skills and accurate, detailed record keeping. Be the face of the company with potential to facilitate workshops and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Enjoy identification with a group, participating in administration and office team activities. A promising candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Willingness to go the extra mile – high level of customer service is a must!
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritization is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel
  • Optimistic, encouraging, can-do attitude
  • Detail orientated consistently producing accurate results
  • Creative and adaptable when needed
  • Strong work ethic and a solid career history
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum High School Diploma required, preferred Associates Degree
