Know Your Talents: Our Story and Mission

We seek to revolutionize the way companies operate.

16 years ago, Know Your Talents started with a mission. They recognized the ineffective way most companies managed themselves and sought out a way to change it. At first, they operated as a staffing company with a behavioral component included (which was a big differentiator back then), seeking to place individuals in situations that best fit their personality. However, they saw opportunities to make more of an impact for companies and individuals by offering Leadership Development and coaching with behavioral awareness training and helped companies to build a strategy to grow their revenues and culture with the behaviors of their staff in mind.

When it comes to human interactions, behavior is a game changer!

If we can understand our personal behavior, then we can see what it does for us and what it doesn’t do for us. With that information we can begin to truly maximize ourselves. We can understand what situations we will perform well in, the best way for us to interact with others, and more. It feels better, it feels right and you feel like you’re on fire. When you pair this knowledge with information about the behavior of others, you’re unstoppable.

Our goal at Know Your Talents is to first teach managers how to identify the behavior of themselves and their team. Then, we show them how to use that information to create environments where everyone involved feel engaged, motivated and fulfilled. This is a game changing initiative in today’s’ business world, and Know Your Talents is at the forefront.
